Howard Cox, Owner of Cox Paving and D & H Equipment,
has been building highways from sub grade to final surface
for 53 years and has built Cox Paving and D & H
Equipment from the ground up.
Sidney Cox has experience in all aspects of Asphalt
Rubber. He began as an operator and worked his way to
superintendent on jobsites. Now Sidney is the General
Manager and Head Estimator of Cox Paving with 31 years
experience in general highway paving.
Andy Cox has worked with Cox Paving operating rubber
blending equipment for 12 years and has 8 years experience
as a job superintendent building equipment for rubber
asphalt projects. Internationally in the last 4 years
Andy has been designing, building and marketing asphalt
rubber and its equipment.
David Laumer has 20 years in asphalt rubber paving.
For the last 7 years David has been the General Superintendent
of Cox Paving.
Lyle Yorgensen has been involved with
asphalt rubber from 1978-1987 with a pioneer of asphalt
rubber in Arizona. He has also worked in Arizona building
asphalt rubber equipment for 6 years, operated rubber
equipment and been foreman for Cox Paving for 6 years
and worked at an asphalt refinery for 4 years mixing
paving grade asphalts including various emulsions. Currently,
Lyle is the Production Manager for D& H Equipment.
