The bulk of the services provided by Cox Paving involves providing state engineer approved hot asphalt rubber mix as a subcontractor or applying hot asphalt rubber sealcoat as a prime or subcontractor on highway and interstate jobs funded by the Department of Transportation. Most of the work is focused in Texas, but Cox Paving has worked all over the United States and will consider jobs outside of the state. Cox Paving also performs privately funded paving for airports and residential areas.
